This Los Angeles woman was bothered by her neck and jowls and underwent a face lift surgery. Her first facelift was done elsewhere 20 years ago. As you can see, she had severe volume loss in her face. Fat injection restored volume in her cheeks, forehead and improved hallowing in her eyes. In this surgery we addressed the lower part of her face and neck. The goal is not to looked pulled but only to redrape the skin to remove the extra.
